We allow returns of merchendise that is defective or damaged. Any damage or defective merchendise must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. In order to return an item to us you must first obtain a Return Authorization#. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you will need to check with us first. Shipments that are returned, rejected, or undeliverable will be automatically restocked and will incur a 15% restocking fee. Re-sending of undelivered/rejected packages will be at the buyers expense.
Return Authorization:
Note: We will not accept returned merchandise without an RA#. To obtain an RA#, please send your order information and any other relavent information to info@kabsurf.com. Customer service will issue a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue. |
